Bonesmashing is prolly the one thing thats not cope its pretty scientifical as bones react to stress (which the microfractures caused by bsmashing does) through Increase calcium absorption (if needed) ,Mobilizing minerals to repair microdamage, Increase blood flow to the bone area which causes swelling creating the illusion of a better browridge

I Gave myself a droopy eyelid from bonesmashing my brow ridge cuz i lifted my brows so i can hit the bone better but rather hit the muscle and i kind of paralized it for a bit but it went back to normal lol

Don’t bother you will do way more harm then good

you are most likely retarded if you’re dependent on other peoples opinions of whether bonesmashing works or not.
Let me guess, you saw clav say it works, and now are arguing it works.:lul:

u didn’t even say whether it works or not, you’re just talking bullshit retard. you didn’t even give a solution, just telling me to do some complicated shit

okay, what’s your argument for bonesmashing meaningfully ”growing” your bones.

there’s no evidence that bonesmashing meaningfully ‘grows’ bones. bone remodeling happens from long-term mechanical loading (wolff’s law), not from repeated blunt trauma. acute damage doesn’t trigger controlled growth, it triggers repair.

fracture healing is inflammation → callus → remodeling. that process restores integrity, it doesn’t reliably increase bone size or change shape in a looksmax way. any temporary ‘thickening’ people mention is just callus or swelling, not permanent structural growth.

tmj or mechanical stress can influence bone density or minor adaptation over long periods, but smashing the brow ridge is random injury, not predictable remodeling. adult facial bones don’t grow larger from microfractures.”

studies / sources:
wolff’s law – bone adapts to mechanical load, not trauma
bone fracture healing is repair, not growth
mechanical loading around joints and bone adaptation (not trauma-based growth)

all these things are right, but idk if you are dumb or not, but your facial bones DO NOT work like your femur for example, you really need to rope if you think that bonesmashing is something that works, or especially GROWS your facial bones.

go get your James Sapphire hammer and start smashing until your nerves are broken and you start bleeding you dumb fuck :lul::lul:
