So at 19 getting a reduction if you have a somewhat angular face is just not worth it?

Comes down to the case, when we do buccals we usually do 2-4ml per side. 20-40% roughly.

Yeah true if you do have good underlying bone structure and you don’t take a lot of the fat pad off

Sure. If you want greater results remove greater amounts. Really depends on the case. I wouldnt use percentages here since they dont apply for everyone. If you have really large buccals you could also do 50.
