I've been doing it for 2 months now. I can't tell if it works to create hollow cheeks, my cheeks can be somewhat hollow when I'm debloated (no water weight) but it was already the case before, I guess I will do it eternally (the swallowing technique)

I don't even know if I do it perfectly but I think I improved my technique with time, each meal is an exercice, feelings improve with the training

I heard that it could take years to even see an improvement, on other forums people said it took them less than a year to see some results

Does any of you have experience with it ?

Masseter hypertrophy, buccinator atrophy, and low BF % (around 8 - 12%)
This should work for a large number of people.

yeah masseter hypertrophy is kind of legit but I'm afraid to chew too much and to get oversized buccinator

I should chew gums again, I have falim ones at home
