Wanna start going to the gym, idk my bf%, probably max 20% or around that. I'm 1.81 - 1.82cm tall and like 63 kgs, a good weight should be 75 kgs so i don't look like a skeleton.
I don't know shit about gym, i know exercises, i got a friend who has experience and he will help me but im not gonna lift weights and turn into Arnold . I want to put on weight (obvs muscle) without looking like a pig while doing it (bloat and getting fat), i dont want to inject anything to go bald and my t levels are above average (~ 750 ng/dl , pretty good considering i sit all day and live an unhealthy lifestyle in general)
I don't know shit, is bulking a meme? What should i do? Should i take whey protein powder? Vitamin supplements?
