Wanna start going to the gym, idk my bf%, probably max 20% or around that. I'm 1.81 - 1.82cm tall and like 63 kgs, a good weight should be 75 kgs so i don't look like a skeleton.

I don't know shit about gym, i know exercises, i got a friend who has experience and he will help me but im not gonna lift weights and turn into Arnold . I want to put on weight (obvs muscle) without looking like a pig while doing it (bloat and getting fat), i dont want to inject anything to go bald and my t levels are above average (~ 750 ng/dl , pretty good considering i sit all day and live an unhealthy lifestyle in general)

I don't know shit, is bulking a meme? What should i do? Should i take whey protein powder? Vitamin supplements?

I have an above average frame considering i'm skinny af and tall , i'm not a lanklet but i dont have enough mass on me, the wind can carry me like paper. I wanna put on weight while focusing mostly on strength not really aesthetics. What should i do?

I would suggest Lean Bulking if you cared about aesthetics.

Since you don't, you'll be fine going down the normal bulking route with strength training etc.

Both of those will fuck up my face? I dont wanna go to school like a very bloated potato or a fat fuck, i'm already bloated since i eat sugars , salty foods, and barely drink water.

Lean Bulking, is basically bulking up, but having a lean muscle physique, instead of a gymcelled pyhsique.

I should've gone with my instinct and blasted GH like there was no tomorrow now I need 100k to get metal hardware installed in my femurs just so i can be 5'10

Don't eat a single drop of sugar again, heavily reduce sodium + drink 3 to 5L of water a day.

That will minimize bloat as much as possible.

well my dad is 5'9 and my mom is 5'5 what the fuck can i do to become 6'0. Im also bracesmaxxed. When im done growing (18) Im getting MSE and I'll prob go for agga. After that im gonna visit eppley and get some jaw or chin implants. Then we're good.

Dirty bulk tbh. If your T levels are normal and you lift weights you will put on a lot of muscle. Because you're young and don't have experience.

I know a guy that is heavier with me with 15ks, same height. Not really noticeable unless we take our clothes off.

For respect , face comes first, then height, then frame. then weight. Richard Ramirez for example is a lanklet, but he has face>height>frame

Honestly no. Bulking is good.

If you're attractive, you will also be attractive at ~ 20% bf and the muscle is definitely helping

I agree with lean bulking tbh.

Gaining all of that weight just adds more facial bloat, which OP doens't really want.

It's very possible to have a good lean bulk physique over a normal bulk physique

I am 183 and ~73 kg and my face is kinda bloated tbh. And I still look like a skeleton at 73kg so bulking won't save you in that regards.

I am attractive, mostly rated 6/7 out of 10 + white and good height and frame so im definetely not average or ugly, but im talking about facial bloat like looking swollen and losing my angularity

wtf I am 5'11 and weigh about 75 kg and have a bit muscle mass but not too much though and I am still bloated in the face but have visible abs, why wouldn't female respect me I wanna go down a bit more to see if I can get leaner in the face? :feelsuhh:

doesn't this depend on your muscle mass though? Can an avg. genetic guy who never worked out have abs like 1 at 5-9% bf?

If you want to gain a significant amount of weight (above maybe 5 pounds) without drugs than you need to bulk, period. Stop being lazy.

You can't recomp from 63-75kg. That makes no sense.
