Is calisthenics better for mind and body connection

Gym is major cope, swallow the sedentary pill 💯

if you do gym exercices with correct form and speed +choose good exercices that maximize mind body connection, gym would be more beneficial in that regards for u (since a majority of calisthenics is static/compound exercices). though no idea why you can't do both since calisthenics exercices aren't big in number nor are they unmodifiable.

How do I know when a gym exercise maximizes mind body connection? Is it how u do it by slowly emphasizing the negatives and positives
