Is it all diet, i poop like every two days.

going for walks can help you lose weight if you stay consistent with it

Yep agree with Lord Vader here. walking is legit. Running is bullshit though and best avoided/will fuck your knees. Sprinting is also useless, you will be gassed way before you burn any meaningful amount of calories

Burning calories is a good way to stay fit and burn extra calories. Easiest way to get that in is to just play a sport or go a walk. You can also try HIIT cardio or something more taxing like Football/Soccer if you are quite fit, they burn alot of calories after the activitiy as your body tries to attain homeostasis.

Would speed walking be more efficient but less destructive?
Get on a treadmill or go outside and walk
Weight-lifting
Skip-rope as warmup

That's all you need and it won't be "destructive"
