It's Sean Strickland. Learning to fight and getting fit will most likely be a looksmax, but taking it too far and it will be a looksmin.

I believe cauliflower ear can be treated if you get the blood extracted within 2 days (usually people do this themselves or at the gym).

Depends where you are from and live because some women raised by a masculine father and soft woman usually seek a masculine man and an mma fighter with a cauliflower ear would be good if there Bon structure looks masculine, if you look like Raul rosas jr then no, but if you have a strong face then it’ll look good for that niche of women.

It's only look good to some extend, if your ear only get slight bigger, then it's gonna make you look like a strong and masculine man, but if you it too big, you Just look like an ogre...

Yeah it's pretty major looksmin. I think you can get it surgically removed. In the future drain it before it's permanent. Maybe grow the sides of your hair longer as well.
