Is cauliflower ears attractive

I have started getting into jiujitsu recently as i was inspired by clavicular to do it in his jiujitsu video with Santa Cruz.
A lot of the high belts and coaches have cauliflower ears and I was wondering if this is attractive to foids and help me statusmax (with the guys in my college as well) if they know I fight.
