Is CCW rotation attainable without surgery before adulthood

If im not in adulthood yet and still growing, is it possible for me to achieve CCW rotation without surgery in a way that isn’t cope? please let me know if there is any way. this might be a dumb question but i just want some good answers.

Ccw rotation is literally a suegery itselfjfl at those grey thinking that can change there craniofacial structure past 8 yrs old
