As seen in pic 1, the impaction is done on the lower part of the maxilla.
But during quadrangular Lefort more of the maxilla is operated on(as seen in pic 2). Would it be possible to do an impaction higher up or no.
If it is possible would this rotate the lower part of the node up and forward. But if it does do that, then there will be a discrepancy with the uper and lower apart leading to a hump.
