it just only add width. not like non-linear good designed cheekbone implant.
also cheekbone implant is one of the safest implant type. why i should go for unusual osteotomy?

idk i personally prefer bone movements over implants thats all

The usual cheek implants have too much frontal projection (instead of lateral projection like you want) which makes you look feminine/gay
