Is chocolate milk heathy

I am 13 years old I drink 2-3 bottles of farmland chocolate milk. Should I drink more or less.

it's good because it has fat soluble vitamins but you need to drink raw milk and not chocolate milk. chocolate is horrible

Nah, it's garbage for you. Fell asleep in a lecture once cuz I drank 2 litres of chocolate milk and other high glycemic garbage.
