Is coconut oil for skin legit?

Will start using for next 4 weeks and report back, have any of you tried it? Also upping Vit C from 500mg to 2g/day (i think i got some results on 500 but I want to see if there’s a difference when megadosing)

Never tried. I ve tried olive oil and semen tho. One worked and one didnt. I ll let you guess which one did.

Never used it but still wouldn’t recommend for skin. Can cause irritation n shit. Keep it for the hair only.
