It’s elite’s food under certain circumstances, but if fucks ups your gut microbiome. So I’d only utilize it when I want lean down seasonal or completely cut fat. Overall stick to raw goat milk, non fluoridated water or spring water for hydration & occasional homemade orange juice

I cant afford to eat what i said daily, meat is simply too exoensive and my family cooks it alot but only like 4 days out of a week, and they said no to meat for every dinner due to it beinng exoensive

So the only way i can go full primal diet is by getting a job so i can actually afford to eat meat every day and buy raw milk and raw yoghurt (already have the other raw dairys like butter cream and cheese)

im looking hard for a job but due to no national insurance number its hard

Beat case scenario is you build your own farm with your own unvaccinated grass fed livestock but if you can’t atleast buy your own chicken they’re cheap & easy to raise, or find a really really good farm that’s grass feeds it’s livestock plus inclusive of all what you’ve listed.

Here in the UK and Europe the Organic label actually has requirements unlike the US, so it’s kind of legit

My dad buys free range eggs from a farmer who sells it at the local market, i actually compared it with the cheapest supermarket i could find(asda essentials) and the diffrence in the yolk color was fucking crazy, the egg from the market looked csrrot orange while the cheap one from the store looked like mustard

I also did a bit of digging, we get our meat from Morrisons and I found out the cows have a diet of grass but in the last 3 months they eata mix of grass and grains (didnt soecy the ither stuff in their diets but im guessing grains)

We also buy meat from butchers like an hour away like twice a month but I’m not sure if they’re meat is grass fed or not but I’m hoping it is.
