If your weight (and especially body fat) is stalling despite that much workout, you're simply eating too many calories.

I have calorie counted in the past but it's too OCD and frustrating to do over the very long term.

Switch to a diet on which it's nearly impossible to overeat, if you want to cut body fat.

For example my diet during a cut is practically only chicken breast, steak, green, dark red vegetables, and berries. These foods pack a ton of nutrients but are not calorically dense at all. You can eat practically all you want if your diet consists of these and your body fat will drop.

I also drink nothing but water during this cut. I also take vit C+D supplements, and a multivita if I'm feeling down. No need to add calorically dense foods to the diet.

If you are a beginning weightlifter, you can even build muscle with this kind of a diet while also cutting body fat (known as "beginner gains"), your body will take the missing calories from your fat stores.
