Risk of hair loss makes it a complete no go for me. All you really need is protein powder and that's only if you don't get enough protein in your diet

Creatine helps you have a better train and helps water retention on muscles
The facial bloating from creatine is almost non existant
Creatine doesn't cause hair loss, only bad genes cause hair loss
Creatine is stupidly overpriced right now so I don't buy it

overpriced?

I got like 180 servings for 25 dollars

looks like it did go up a bit, but still cheap relative to other supplements

I exaggerated a bit, but in Portugal the price doubled in the last few months, I just don't think it's worth it because it's mostly placebo effect

One study with rugby players said creatine supplementation increased DHT 40-50%. People prone to hair loss better watch out with long uses of that.

Creatine isn't worth, try l-arginine for muscle gains

Gave me heart palpitations and had no effect on my training or arm size

Trenbaloney sandwiches on the other hand.... :ogre::ogre::ogre::ogre::ogre:

The face is made up 20 different muscles. Creatine binds water molecules to muscle tissue. Creatine will bloat your face and make it puffy.

yes, just take HCl as much as possible (I get some monohydrate bc preworkout but it mostly gets used up by PRs anyways)

Creatine 100% bloated my face to a fucking insane extent. Not worth it whatsoever. Mega dosing it also raises HGH, which raises cravings, etc etc

A cycle of steroids? If you're on steroids do it, could be worthy. If it doesn't make your face bloat do it, it's proven to help muscle growth
