everyone can look good in those, if their lower third is above average.
his lower third is good but his midface and eye area are completely LTN level. He's HTN at best.

look at the pic on the upper left, it's not angle frauded and his eye area is decent without squinting. yes sure he is squinching but as long as he is permasquinching like arvid for example I think you need to consider that in your rating.
