I see all of the normie niggers on tiktok promoting that u can somehow look kind of "leaner" by eating less salt or whatever. Is this cope? Does anyone have proof it works(e.g. transformations pictures that arent frauded)? Or is it just some cope for the greys to obsess about and sell shit:feelshah:?

Assuming you are bloated (by definition) and aren't just fat, then no debloating is not cope

Eliminate your salt intake, if you're eating processed foods in 2025 then you'd be stupid anyways, Zero to no salt, 0 (processed) sugar, Lean meat, avoid drinking too much water, stay lean, its not that hard, I've done this for ages

Don't drink coconut water expecting for it to debloat you, that is stupid, your day-to-day diet matters more...

just drink coconut water (not too much ofc)
no need to reduce salt except if you consume like 10g per day

having ideal and healthy viscerocranium shape/development is more important than bloat or bodyfat, but since you cant go backwards in time to get the proper corrections for it when you were 6 (for an example mouthbreathing corrections) the second best option is to lose bf and debloat

Well what if i eat goyslop but then megadose potassium? Is that retarded? Cuz there's no way I'm gonna only eat lean meat like some disciplined nigger I'm already subhuman I at least wanna enjoy eating like shit.

Hmmm idk dude. Does bloat make a massive difference in ur face? I've never seen bloated vs debloated pictures that aren't frauded. Unless I see proof that bloat makes u look significantly worse I'm gonna continue eating slop:feelshah:
