Dont just get ur potassium from one source and spam eat bananas, drink milk, eat banana, eat avacado. Like just incoporate it so ur whole days meals consist of hella potassium. Potassium isnt gonna make u more and more debloated, it just makes u debloated for the day, in the morning u get bloated again and need to do it again and eat potassium again.

Thats why "debloat" is misleading cuz theyre acting like its a permanant thing. Thats like someone saying "how do i achieve sweat running down my face" oh bro just do a work out and u will get this apperance of sweat running down ur face lol.

Losing weight and just getting as low bf% is most reliable and should be ur main focus
