All fitness models in their 20s or even early 30s seem to have good skin, I feel like this meme just comes from posting pro BBers who use mutiple grams of gear and are 35+ years old, of course their skin isnt gonna be good, I doubt they even care. Obviously youre skin will get worse at age 25+, this is unavoidable, theres things you can do to reduce the rate at which it gets worse but ultimately it cant be stopped. Are there any actual studies on steroids and collagen? ive yet to see any conclusive evidence

How old are they though? And by mass monster im guessing youre talking big bloated type guys who are like 20% bf, not lean aesthetic guys. If the things about roids destroying collagen is true how come all the fitness model guys in their 20s seem to have great skin despite using roids for years? Every time I see someone post some bodybuilder as evidence of this its always a really old guy whos like lates 30s or even 40s. Almost everyone has lost collagen by that age its unavoidable

Don’t take roids. They’re bad for you. Take sarms

Ive already done one cycle. Whats so bad about them? Might do another cycle not sure, guess youve got to weigh risk vs reward as with everything in life
Also I feel like after age 30 its mainyl about money and shit anyway, Id rather sacrifice some skin health as i age to be aesthetic in my 20s

well most people 30+ have bad skin, its like the one part of the agepill thats inevitable

This guy for example is 36 and fitness pro since years. He doesnt look collagen ripped or old.

ive yet to see an example of a young guy who had their collagen destoryed by steroids, the people who promote this theory always use old bloated pro BBers as examples. I even saw a study that suggested nandrolone (albeit in therapeutic dosages that are pretty much useless in a bodybuilding context), promoted collagen synthesis
