Is dissolving buccal fat high risk?

What kind of risk is it injecting lipovela V from inner mouth into the buccal fat pad.?

I dont think i dont have enough subfat to dissolve after 3 sessions with already low bf.

You could get an infection but I think its just the pain and the difficulty thats keeping me away from doing it
