At the end of every lesson we spar against each other and I'm constantly getting fingers on my face. I feel like it's delaying my tretinoin progress and I'm always getting acne the following day on top of apparent lower quality skin (dry, patchy, red in certain areas). Should I quit BJJ to avoid truecel fingers on my face?

Shit, I'm new to BJJ and I'm also noticing break outs. Extreme sweating, open pores, bacteria, dirt and everything comes in the open pores when you roll around on the floor or are close to your opponent.
Taking an instant shower afterwards is a must. From now on I will take a facial cleanser with me into the shower, normal water is not enough.

I tried it for about two weeks a few years ago and it was gay

just quit and do something else \ (boxing)

tbh it's not even useful unless your able to just manhandle your opponent anyway which at that point you could just beat them up normally
Please don’t ever write anything remotely about fighting that stupid ever again. My mma coach would win just by grappling against Mike Tyson and he’s 5’3 135lbs

Yes, even contracting your face muscles in the gym due to effort ages your face.
Uncertain to what extent

You were looking for reassurance but there's none unfortunately, life is cucked

Also prevent cauliflower ears those lower your smv

Just change martial art. Unless you fight someone on grass (highly unlikely), youll never need BJJ ever, because whos doing this shit on concrete?? Fly to Thailand and train muay thai in a camp
