Is Double Cleansing Optional?

is double cleansing required for guys because I don’t wear makeup just Moisturiser and SPF. I use oil cleanser and it broke me out I wanted to use it so I can start using my SPF I tried SPF on its own and it broke me out aswell both products are Korean non comodgenic
