Raw meat and poultry are most likely to cause food poisoning. They can have all sorts of bacteria from E. coli to salmonella, which can make you very sick. To stay safe, be sure meats are properly cooked.

Yes it is a meme, although raw foods retent 35-50% of the nutrients, the palatabilty of the food is compromised to a large margin. I cannot eat a 100g of raw meat personally because it doesn't have any taste really

As for the microbiome context, there are plenty of ways you can get a microbiome through fermenting your food. Stop with the raw carnitard cope

But i disagree with sv3rige on certain things

Though you can cook your steak rare and still have the benefits that the raw meat has. If you cook your food in a special oven, under 30°C, you will not destroy any enzyme whatsoever

Even the most primitive tribes that live like they did 20,000 years ago cook their meat, the only humans I know of who eat large amounts of raw meat regularly are the alaskan and north canadian natives. Although not much anymore since they dont really live like they used to.

Im sure eating some raw salmon you caught in the middle of nowhere in the swedish fjords is ok, but farmed animals are all packed so close together by the thousands and that makes diseases and viruses easy to spread. Maybe your dog benefits from eating questionable raw chicken but your dog also eats off the floor and licks its own ass. Humans need to cook their meat except for certain rare circumstances. You wont lose much nutrition anyways

The guy himself in his late 50's or 60's here who's been on the diet for decades. That ought to tell you alot, despite his genes, epigenetics and the toxicity he consumed in his early life (thx to his parents, environment, etc) he looks like this.

He died in his 60's in Thailand. Alot of ppl speculate what happened. Whether it be from falling off a balcony, assasination, car accident, etc.

My hunch is that the diet was working too well for the people who under went his diet. So some overlord has to quell it for obvious reasons. Anyways his work lives on, I'll post some before and afters

Not sure I would eat beef or chicken completely raw but I do eat them with just a little cooking now so some of it is mostly raw. I have heard to not try that with pork however as it is a lot more likely to make you sick doing that.

yeah and they could do so due to the extreme temperatures since bacteries/microbes/viruses are less likely to survive

I did this diet for over a year. All the raw dairy (it was the best of the best, grassfed, A2 cows, sheep, goats...) gave me the worst acne of my life. I really enjoy eating raw dairy but it is not worth it if it destroys your skin which was the case with me.
I ditched the diet and still eat raw meat, raw eggs etc but no dairy and I sometimes cook the meat too and have some potatoes, rice or bread with it

If you have acne it's because you have a) something in your environment poisoning you or b) a severe nutritional deficiency.

Usually it's a combination of both. Common irritants are food like homogenised milk, pesticides in food or something that you put on your skin. Any food that irritates your gut should be avoided. To fix nutritional deficiencies related to acne just eat 500g of liver every week for a month or two. You'll quickly notice much improved healing time and fewer spots.

Another reason you have acne is because maybe of the severe toxicity you still had in your body. I still don't know how raw dairy worsened your acne.

For me if anything it improved my collagen tremendously and I was only on it for a week until my cucked parents had to be cucks........

Eat a shit ton of animal fat and beef livers for ur skin=Glowing clear skin in weeks btw

Still think your acne wasn't due to the raw dairy. Maybe some people are lactose intolerant and just can't handle dairy they're some out there but i still think you still had a ton of toxicity in and around you aswell as doing things that irritated your gut.

If you ate and junk food or put an toxic crap on your skin this may be why
 
It probably has some benefits, hence the traditional raw/marinated dishes, the good custom of not cooking the meat more than medium rare, etc.
Just take some of this dishes within your regular nutrition plan and don't bother too much about it, going full raw is the same mental illness as going vegan.

True but when u cook meat it denatures alot of its protein structures aswell as introduce carcinogens. Read Andreas Moritz's book on the dangers of cooked animal protein. (While I do believe it's overstated, he has a point tho)

And the Aajonus diet isn't just meat and raw dairy lmao. A predominant animal based but balanced diet is ideal. You need to be eating local organic vegetables aswell as quality starch and carbs with some fruit in there.

I don't believe in just accepting what people say wholesale. Aajonus mixed a lot of truths in with new age pseudo-science which is perhaps why he has so many hippy followers. On balance his ideas are good and an improvement on typical western diets, his emphasis on whole foods, nose to tail eating, avoiding man-made plants, and avoiding pharmacology is all good. The stuff about cooked meat being terrible is nonsense.

True but when u cook meat it denatures alot of its protein structures aswell as introduce carcinogens. Read Andreas Moritz's book on the dangers of cooked animal protein. (While I do believe it's overstated, he has a point tho)

All proteins are "denatured" whether you cook them or not, long before they are digested they are broken into amino acids in the stomach, and the conditions of stomach acid are a lot more harsh than being on a hot pan for 60 seconds. The amino acid content of cooked meat is more or less the same as raw meat from studies I've seen. Where I have seen amino acid loss from cooking is in vegetables specifically cooking methods like boiling, but that's a different matter and I don't think vegetables are healthy anyway nor is their protein bioavailable.

As for carcinogens there's zero clinical trial evidence that cooked meat causes cancer, it has become a lie that has been repeated by activists so many times that it has been popularised a lot like eggs causing heart disease. It's always worth remembering just how big the anti-meat lobby is, it consists of not only all the biggest food corporations, but pharma corporations, left wing activists and by extension the media. They share a profound hatred for the traditional diet whether for economic reasons (it isn't profitable) or ideological reasons (it's traditional and local).

So what do you believe in- veganism? Read Andreas Moritz's on his take on cooked animal protein. I dont' have time to have a lengthy discussion right now but I will say that a big thing raw meat has over cooked meat is the digestion.
