i think money is important because besides money wed just trade and trading is inconvenient. its hard to determine the value of things without money
we need something thats relatively tangential to the work we do rather than just things we have or may be harder to obtain otherwise
it might be essential to have a resource strictly used for getting other resources to make transactions more efficient.
