How much girth can you get by edging only. I do ultra and normal + V jelqs but after a week i stoped feeling The Blood coming to The top? Is it normal i dont feel that Blood, and is The exercise effective then? Should i feel The pain when i do it?

Investing into a pump is the best but if you can only manual idk I think jelquing can kinda work. Look at the well known PE sites for excercises that focus on girth

Jelquing causes fibrosis (bad for erection quality and can cause ED). The only thing I would recommend for girth is pumping with a water pump at 100% erection for 20 minutes a day 4 times a week, but you can't start that harsh of a regime as a newbie, listen to your dick.

Warm-up thoroughly and start with 5-10 minutes 2 times a week and work your way up, always do Kegels while inside the pump to keep your dick at a 100% erection, that's the only way to safely get your girth up and increase your erection quality by a lot.

Also, the bathmate gives a "temporary pump" that was around 2cm of additional girth, which lasts for almost 24 hours, and if you time it right women will always be impressed with your girth, your dong will look stupidly thick.

I use a bathmate hydromax7, but it depends on how long your dick is if it's between 5-7 inches you can get the hydromax7 version, if you are packing anything more than 7 inches at the beginning of PE journey, you should get the hydromax9.

What about an air pump with a pressure gauge? I've been pumping for 2 days now at 5in hg (waiting 5min then releasing all pressure and pumping back to 5in hg, repeat for 2 cycles total so 10min total) and my dick gets huge but the moment I quick release the pressure it shrinks back to an unimpressive size. If i could get my dick to look as big as it does in the pump for even 8 hours I'll be thrilled since I'd just do it before a date.

I tried air pumping a few times, but it was painful for me since I am not circumcised, so whenever my glans would touch the wall of the pump it would hurt when it stretched + there was nothing keeping the penis warm.
Water pumping is safer and with warm water, it is easier for the tissue to stretch to a greater degree, because of the heat.
I use an infrared lamp for warming up, and while inside the pump I also use the lamp on the pump, which is already filled with warm water, just because the pump is just that much better the warmer you keep your penis and lasts longer, as I said up to 24+ hours when the tissue is warmed up.
I don't think you can achieve the same "temporary girth pump" with an air pump, in my experience heat is vital for the impressive "temporary girth gains".
Once you used a bathmate, or other hydropump, at 100% erection for the whole duration you know when you got "the pump", it's like after a gym session with your muscles only that your penis stays big for a long time. It's a big confidence booster when going out, I always did it before a gym session in order to have women mire my cock, got 2 numbers that way in the gym.

Pumping on the other hand is safer and helps you get harder easier like I said in an earlier post I'd say you can easily gain 2 inches circumference (6 months to 12 months) + a slight pump afterward that stays for a day with a waterpump. I went from 11.5cm :what::tiny: circumference to 14cm from march to October, with a pump I was a little over 15cm :sneaky:
I also stopped doing PE for 3 months and my dick's circumference was 13.5cm when I measured before starting training again.
Recently started picking PE back up, because a big dick is important and size does matter.

I can tell you what I am doing:

-warm-up with infrared lamp (you can use a warm cloth as well wrap it around your penis) around 5 minutes, pulling and stretching

-Hanging (2,5kg weights) while having the infrared lamp pointed at me for 20 minutes, with 10 minutes rest in between each Hanging set 3 times, so it's 3x20minutes/day with 5-10 minutes rest (not for beginners) you could do some manual stretches to start off, you will find them on thundersplace and PEGym.

13.5cm EG seemed to be my new baseline, didn't really get that much smaller, BPEL was 17.3cm when I measured before re-starting training.

When I was active last year I was at 14cm EG, my BPEL was 17.8cm after dickmaxxing from march to October, not including the temporary pump effect.

My starting stats were 11.5cm EG and 16.4cm BPEL.
I am 24.
