Is energy availability a lot important to reach your full height potential or you can still grow to your full height potential in a calorie deficit?

I want to know so either to go in a calorie deficit or no because i want to grow to my full genetic potential height but i still want to get lean tho height is a top priority
 
no go in a big deficit and make sure to fill those few "calories" with high volume low cal slop
 
During development a deficit is gonna fuck you up

Wouldnt that hurt my growth cause ive seen that even à large deficit for a short amount of time causes à Huge igf 1 drop and hgh also drops by à significant amount in à calorie deficit. And I would be deficient in a lot of nutrients.
