i aint got money for reta but thanks a lot so basically going about it is just working out regularly moving a lot and eating healthy making sure u hit every single vitamin mineral etc.reta is always an option, as long as ur monitoring your calories and not being malnourished.
generally from what i've heard, being active and being in a 200-300 calorie deficit while not eating much sugar (if any at all) is the best way to go about cutting during puberty. especially paired with reta.
and the thing you said about aromatisation is correct too. 20-23% isnt that unusual during puberty though, the more you progress through puberty the easier it gets to lose weight. im speaking from experience, even though i havent really worked out seriously.
