Alot of you on my last thread said I need to debloat if I want to improve so I have been looking into eplerenone. I already consume about 5000 mg of potassium daily (alot is from supplements) and about 2000 mg of sodium. I haven’t really seen much of a difference in my face and I think this is due to the sodium, but it is almost impossible for me to cut that down since I am in highschool and I still need to find a way to get enough protein in at school. Should I drop the potassium supplement (around 3200mg daily and I dont feel like getting hyperkalemia) and add 50mg of eplerenone? Or should I do a mix of both or stick with what I have been doing?
