Is eplerenone really worth it?

Alot of you on my last thread said I need to debloat if I want to improve so I have been looking into eplerenone. I already consume about 5000 mg of potassium daily (alot is from supplements) and about 2000 mg of sodium. I haven’t really seen much of a difference in my face and I think this is due to the sodium, but it is almost impossible for me to cut that down since I am in highschool and I still need to find a way to get enough protein in at school. Should I drop the potassium supplement (around 3200mg daily and I dont feel like getting hyperkalemia) and add 50mg of eplerenone? Or should I do a mix of both or stick with what I have been doing? Any advice is appreciated

I literally just ordered like 200 tablets so im gonna lower the potassium for a bit and see if the eplerenone works

Where did you order it? I’m struggling to find a good source, and how much pottasium are you going to lower to?

Indiamart, and im probably just gonna take the eplerenone daily and the potassium whenever i go out
