Rhino is still worth it?

I thougt about getting an alar base reduction (alarplasty) a while ago but im scared i get butched, should i work for a ptosis surgery instead? What other surgeries would ascend me?

Thinking abt rhino i think it will descend me, if my nose bridge gets too thin my philtrum would look overly large

About other hardmaxxes, im thinking about blasting roids, nothing crazy 250-300mg of test for about 2 months .

Maybe accutane? I dont want to overkill it tho

For roids they are worth it and accutane is basically safe side effects are pretty rare aside from the basic ones.

i think a longer or different haircut would be good also to your surgery i think an alar base reduction seems reasonable and would ascend you also maybe fat graft for supras

I had longer hair this morning (i had a
haircut) it just takes away my angularity bcuz its curly idk if it happens to someone else
