Reasons why exercise is unhealthy:
  1. Stresses your body
  2. Stresses your mind
  3. Makes you bright red, kills your cells
  4. Takes away your free time which is meant for enjoying life
  5. It's manual slave labor
  6. Body image issues
  7. Chronic tiredness
  8. Weakened immune system cos ur body is focused on repairing muscle
  9. It takes up your testosterone, lowers ur T
  10. Fucks up your joints and tendons
  11. Anxiety from competitive environments, feeling small in a room of big guys despite ur top 1% outside
  12. Unhealthy diets to lose weight/gain weight
  13. Ages you


Reasons why exercise is healthy:
  1. Increases ur smv, social life, dating life (the only real benefit)
  2. Strengthens ur heart (supposedly)
  3. Releases endorphins and dopamine (mood booster) - although GOATIS says this is because ur body feels happy its not being tortured anymore
  4. Builds strength (arguably pointless in modern era)
  5. Deeper sleeps
  6. Helps you get to a healthy weight
  7. Builds your joints tendons strength for better aging (supposedly)

Ngl when you look at it realistically, gymmaxxing is clearly unhealthy and retarded

realistically I would never bother going to the gym, it gives you such a small advantage in dating that it's just not worth it imo

it makes you look good which intern helps you become more respected, more intimidating to men, and much easier to pull as you are seen as a 'breeder' by women.

never met anyone that is always tired from being in shape, but if you suffer from extreme tiredness from it just blast steroids or some sort of drugs and/or supplements to keep you in an elated state.

2. a huge advantage in what? do you really feel better? i think most people hate gym it makes them feel worse. what do you actually gain from being stronger lol? its not the medevil times where we have to push rocks
