eye area imo. I've seen a lot of people with decent lower thirds with more frequency than recessed people. So a striking eye area might make you look more unique.
But still jaw is law

Eye area is most important, I’ve never seen anybody with bug eyes look good regardless of how good his jaw is. You can still look good with average lower third if your eye area is great.
