Why would E make your face leaner? Facial leanness is a perceived masculine trait. Women don’t have leaner faces. They have smaller skulls so their faces look leaner and more defined even though they have higher bf %s.

All women have a higher body fat then men. It's what makes their skin soft. A woman can't even have children if below 13%ish body fat because they will not have a period. Fat on a woman to a certain point will be evenly disturbed around the body. It's to store up energy for the time when they have to carry another person in their body. If you want to be leaner as a male the only way is to exercise to burn fat and make muscle. Or starve yourself I suppose or a combination of the two. Hormones work differently in male an female bodies. Just because something does a purpose for a female don't expect your male body to react that way. If you want to cheat use gear or speed.
