Is fat grafting the only salvation for dark circles?

Had this shit since i was a kid, it's vascular because it gets worse when I strain my eyes, Tretinoin didn't help thicken the skin so far, so just fat grafting?

Probably yes.
My dark circles is just pigmentation so I will have to get laser treatment. But if your main problem is it being hallow then yes you need a graft.

some people got fat grafting in undereyes and the fat got absorbed after 2-3 months so it seems unpredictable
