Is forward growth even possible naturally? I see a lot of people like clav saying mewing is cope or calling thumbpulling is cope.
I beleive that thumbpulling is cope, if u dissagree tell me why its not....
But initially is forward growth even possible naturally? And if yes what can you do to maximize it, if No then what other alternatives are there thats good for the long term.

Yeah kinda. But if you are recessed it will be hard to revert naturally unless you are really young. If you are like 16 and your jaw is recessed you can hinder it in becoming more recessed but its pretty much cant grow more forwards when it has first collapsed

Im slightly recessed and im 16, is there ANY possible way to naturally gain a little bit more forward growth it can be the smallest, but im not lile FULLY recessed to the point my chin is connected to my neck, my chin and jawline pretty visible I just feel that my chin is a little bit back then where it's sopposed to be.
