nigga what the fuck are you talking about, if you take furosemide for debloating then you need to take an appropriate dose, if you take that dose frequently then your body is going to have problems because you constantly depriving it of water. i wouldnt even use it at all, just lose bf and debloat normally

I'd recommend taking Eplerenone daily, and using Furo if Eplerenone doesn't debloat enough on special occasions (like going out)
Eplerenone is ideal because it is an aldosterone agonist, which inhibits RAAS.

The body recycle's Mineral's by itself after using the amount needed, you would need to be in a constant cycle of Total Mineral Depletion for year's on end for any health effect's to come up; Hence the Lasix 2x a week.

If Electrolyte balance mattered, then Thiazide Diuretic's wouldn't be taken daily since they excrete excess mineral's and keep calcium in excess, or Potassium Sparing Diuretic's wouldn't be taken daily since they excrete excess mineral's and keep potassium in excess.

In any case, I know you haven't touched Furosemide throughout your entire life, since I have been on this Pharma since January 2025, and got blood's last November, my EGFR and Creatinine are perfectly ideal, and I have not cared about how much Minerals I have taken, or how much water I have drank a single time.

You can go up to 80-120mg, But I find 40mg enough to debloat me, save's extra pills aswell.
