nigga what the fuck are you talking about, if you take furosemide for debloating then you need to take an appropriate dose, if you take that dose frequently then your body is going to have problems because you constantly depriving it of water. i wouldnt even use it at all, just lose bf and debloat normally

keep it 2 times at most a week like I am, I don't know what the other's are talking about, I have been on 40mg of Furo weekly for the last year and a half, and my creatinine and eGFR level's are perfect.

I'd recommend taking Eplerenone daily, and using Furo if Eplerenone doesn't debloat enough on special occasions (like going out)
Eplerenone is ideal because it is an aldosterone agonist, which inhibits RAAS.
