Can't really imagine a genioplasty botching you and how it would

Update: I recently had an X-ray and could see a screw in my chin, so Dr. Ozge Ergun DID give me the procedure that I asked for. I still don't like him but my first post was straight up slander and unfortunately I can't delete it. I was a retard for not getting a proper cranial X-ray first before leaving my first post. Sorry for the misinformationWhatever you do please avoid Dr. Ergun Ozge in Istanbul.
He is a scam artist and ripped me off €4500 three years ago.
I paid him for a sliding genioplasty, and he drew a sketch and asked how many millimetres I wanted the bone pulled forward, then I paid for the procedure.
I was never shown any X-rays after the operation, and when I contacted his team several years later about X-rays I was told they didn't have any.......that's because he never did a genio, instead he chucked in a basic chin implant and overcharged me for it.
I bought a metal detector, one they use for passport control/body scanning etc and it didn't go off when I scanned my chin.
Had he actually done a genioplasty the metal screws would set it off.
Ergun Ozge is a piece of shit and he can't be trusted.
