Is getting a midface lift at 20 at a bad idea

My midface has no folds and is only bloated looking despite having visble zygos and a chiseled jaw it annoys the shit out of me I could legit improve by 1psl

first surgery on your list should be cantho w/ inplants, dont worry about anything else besides fixing eye area, because you will realize that your eyes were the problem

No folds? What do you mean no folds? A midface lift is to remedy droopy cheeks and nasolabial folds.
