Is getting leaner the best softmax?
I’ve noticed that almost nobody really talks about how important it is to be lean.
Everyone keeps mentioning better sleep, chewing, eyebrow tinting, skincare, haircuts and etc, but I almost never see people stressing the importance of lowering body fat — especially the difference between looking average at ~18% and actually looking sharp at 14-15%.
Is there a real noticeable difference in that small range?
Does dropping those few % actually change the face that much (jaw, eye area, overall angularity)?
And more importantly: is getting leaner one of the highest ROI things you can do right now for your looks? Should it be one of the first things to focus on?
Curious to hear what you guys think, especially if someone has personal experience going from ~18% to 14-15%.
Its a serious thread and I want to hear your opinion
