After I saw that, I'm starting to have second thoughts on getting the huge number of surgeries I need in order to ascend, including but not limited to several major osteotomies like:

• Le Fort 2
• Orbital Box Osteotomy
• Orbital Expansion
• Distraction Osteogenesis (on the whole anterior cranium and the mandible)

The guy died just from jaw surgery. I'll need to get a lot more than that to ascend, and the risk adds up. Is it too risky to get many extreme surgeries?

I don't want to look like Gandy. I want to look like myself with a projected maxilla and a wider IPD. Those are the main things.
