You're at the age where you're less likely to grow on average however it's super individual. Some can still experience a growth spurt but don't get your hopes up.

Anyways, you're 189cm, you're tall enough. Leave some cms for the rest of us.

your 189 you can easily fraud 6'5-6'6 or in metric case 196-198 cms height boosting insoles + like nike airforce or something similar can get you to where you wanna be and it's not really that noticeable because ur tall, save some height for the rest of us
