My skin is terribly oily. I use a deep cleanser and sometimes double cleanse, but no matter what at the end of the day my skin is always oily.
I doubt that it is diet because I eat relatively clean and only consume whole foods. In comparison to my sister who eats like a genuine pig, her face is nowhere near as oily as mine. Im thinking its hormones.
