Turning 19 in 3 weeks, I'm 177 cm evening height but around 178-179 cm in the morning. With good posture I should hopefully be 180cm and barely make the manlet cutoff but I heard it stunts any future growth I might have. What do?

I've not heard it stunts growth. I would think it is a good idea as it builds joints and fluid between bone adding height.

I remember on another thread someone pulled up a study on how it crashes IGF-1 levels, will look for it

it will do nothing tbh, at least i think so

I take alot of Gluc. daily. I am using it primarily to NOT lose height as I get older. Have not noticed any height increase TBH.

Guess it depends on how well you respond?
I might just take it once to see if I respond well and if not just drop it since it wouldn't be much of use to me at my current age
Are the results immediate?

Are the results immediate? Not really. I haven't seen any increase in height after a year. But I am not losing height as I get older, and that was the idea behind taking it.
