Depends on what sense. Nothing is out of reach for god but god can go and do what he pleases however he sustains the universe with his divine power of vivification giving life to all and aiding those all which come to him. So in a way yes.

This is how in the Old Testament Solomon, Moses, Isaac, Jacob Abraham and Kane and Ebel met and spoke to god even Gideon.

The reality is very clear and the Bible makes it clear that god connects himself to creation Even though he’s above it he stirs and guides it with his divine mind and power which is why he’s able to condescend himself to be known by the prophets.

He sees and sustains all things at all times but he’s not an Panthiest god where everything is equal to him in the sense that he’s in everything. So yes he can see all things hear all etc etc.

Your god as a similar feature and the Quran uses these words to describe these attributes as well.
