Wed - back
Thursday - legs
Fri -chest tri
Sat - biceps shoulders

9 sets each muscle group

You're probably just trying to do too much. You'd be better off doing something like Arnold's golden six program, until you feel like you know your shit. Makes no sense that back or biceps and shoulders are on different days.
Also you're probably not eating enough calories or protein if you see no progress whatsoever.

Ok so your problem is that you're not eating because you're afraid of some fat. Sorry, but you're not building any muscle if your attitude is that you need to constantly have a sixpack. You can cut if you feel like you have some insane shredded physique to show off, but if you're just a twig it's better to have some fat.

Retard you still don't get it you need to go max 3-4 times a week and focus on progressive overload.

in my opinion, it’s too much. though if the gym makes you happy and you like spending time in it, do it. just make sure your body has the time to rest and recover. if you don’t see any progress for a while, it’s most likely your genetics not your split. look into heavy duty training, could work better for you.
