I started going to the gym about 5 years ago now and I've kinda lost all hope to do with it. I don't have any motivation to go to the gym, no one notices my physique other than passing remarks at the beach or if I'm wearing a tank top while playing tennis or something. For reference, this is my physique.

7218

I'm definitely not big and I'm only kinda lean maybe ~14% bf probably at 62kg bw. I don't really care about how much I lift, but fuck it, these are my maxes and I hit them all at a bw of 72kg.

Bench: 120kg/265lbs
Deadlift: 200kg/440lbs
Squat: 120kg/265lbs

I used to be way more into the gym especially when I first started and I bulked up almost 20kg in a year (cope lol). I weighed under 50kg at 181cm so I was definitely insanely insecure of being called scrawny. The entire time, I had like 0 success with women, not one of them noticed the muscle or anything else. So I jumped head first into starvemaxxing and lost around 13kg in about 3 months, so I definitely lost some muscle but fuck it.

Since the start of the year, I've had infinitely more success everywhere. I don't feel like a creep when I dance with girls at the club and they actually reciprocate and even start it themselves sometimes. When I talk to girls at the bar, they actually flirt back. even things as small as being offered cigarettes in the smoking area or having a girl buy me shots, idk. When I go out, I always wear a shirt or a polo and its pretty much impossible to tell that I work out. During this time, I've gone to the gym like 2 days a week max and completely thrown diet away. The only time girls ever notice my physique is if I go to the gym with them or in bed...
The other big thing is my BMI. I'm 181cm and 62kg, which is "victim weight" and I've started getting comments about being too skinny again, mostly from guys. Girls that are like 5"6 and taller also weigh similar to me which feels weird.

I don't know what conclusion I can draw from this, I still go to the gym like 4 days a week but it just feels like I'm going through the motions, holding on to the gains I already have. I know I could benefit from more muscle and I'm nowhere near the point of diminishing returns in terms of SMV or just attractiveness, but I have 0 motivation to hit the gym super consistently and gain a lot of muscle or anything. Especially because I want to keep leanmaxxing to hollow out my face more, but I think I'm possibly already too light. Someone shed some light.

With your FACE it is cope. Gym only really works if you are HTN facially and 6'2+. Those guys are already getting girls easily before even setting foot in the gym.

Whether you choose to stay at your current weight or go back to your peak weight, it won't make a difference. If anything stay at 62kg so you can have better definition in your facial structure

The heightpill is brutal as always.

I guess the real question is whether or not its worth roiding at all? I'm guessing thats probably a no.
