My face needs just touch ups I think having a perfect hairline like Pitts is really good trait it's pretty rare to see a white guy with forehead with that narrow and straight of a hairline

In turkey 2-3k € and good results.

But it isnt worth it if your hair is good tbh. Focus on other things
